Being frustrated, like making decisions, is a normal part of the human condition. People who aren't frustrated by things from time to time don't exist regardless of their privileged circumstances, what changes are the things they're frustrated about like their dad getting them a white Ferrari when they wanted a black one - things like that.
I'm trying to take a page out of my own book right now to help you eventually cope with life's frustrations but I'm not really sure how to relay it to you. It's okay to want to kick and scream and cry and punch the wall. It's usually not okay to do those things. Now yes, there are times in every blue moon that some people need a swift punch in the face. But regardless of how justified you are - consequences are consequences and you need to make sure you're more than willing to deal with those consequences before you act. That usually helps reduce some frustration or has at least bought you some time to cool down.
Have at least one good friend that you can talk to about these things. One that gives you a biased and unbiased opinion and lets you know which one is which. Because on one hand, the biased opinion helps you commiserate, allows you to vent your frustration, and lets you feel someone being on your side. The unbiased opinion is coming from someone who cares about you and obviously has your best interests at heart and tells you the truth after buttering it up for you.
Find something so f'ed up about the situation and try and laugh about it. Even if you can't do it all the time, if you can laugh a little bit you're on your way to dealing with whatever is frustrating you. If you cant find something so f'ed about the situation, maybe think about why its so frustrating in the first place, and you'll find that maybe you being so frustrated about it is what's so f'ed, and ten hopefully you'll be able to laugh at yourself.
At the end of the day baby, go with your gut. Don't hesitate to cut the cause of the frustration out of your life for fear of retribution. Do you, and whatever that is, I'll be proud of you.
